I'm drawn to in-between moments — the breath before a vow, a hand resting on a shoulder, light moving across a wall. My work is unhurried and made up close. I'd rather miss a posed grin than a true expression.

Film informs everything: the patience, the restraint, the way I think about color. I shoot digital and film both, and I make every frame myself.

I studied painting before I ever picked up a camera, and that habit of looking still shapes the work. I've photographed across New England for nearly a decade — coastal weddings, family afternoons in old farmhouses, editorial pieces for small magazines I love.

Work has appeared in Magnolia Rouge, Wedding Sparrow and a handful of quiet publications I keep close.

I live in a small house with too many books and a slow dog. I make bread on Sundays, I keep a garden that is mostly weeds, and I write letters by hand when I have something real to say.
